Savings rates are computed based on the average monthly account balance. For regular share accounts, an account may earn dividend credit at multiple rates if the average monthly balance falls into different tiers during each month of the quarter. For share draft accounts, dividends are posted on a monthly basis.

Applicants must leave
at least 5% of the loan balance in on deposit regular shares up to a maximum of $100.00.

We can finance:

95% of the selling price excluding fees & taxes
for new cars **

95% of the N.A.D.A. retail value for 2010, 2009, or 2008 model years

90% of the N.A.D.A. retail value for 2007, 2006, or 2005 model years

85% of the N.A.D.A. retail value for 2004, 2003, or 2002 model years

** Manufacturer rebates count toward the 5% down. Dealer discounts do not.

Vehicle loan value must be a minimum of $6,000.

Share secured loans start at $1,000 and have no maximum.

Home equity loans require submission of an application along with a copy of your deed. They take an average of 3 weeks to process due to appraisal, title search, etc. We will call you to schedule your closing in our office, and funds will be disbursed 3 days after your closing.

The Credit Union must be the first OR second mortgagee for all home equity loans. You may wish to pay off an existing mortgage or mortgages to consolidate payment or lower your interest rate.

Home Equity Loan Application Fees:

· $50 if loan is $40,000 +

· $150 if loan is $20,000—39,999

· $250 if loan is under $20,000

(No fees will apply for balloon rewrites where no new money is being loaned.)
