The nationwide average is 36.56%. The study was done by Callahan & Associates and appeared in their CUSP (Credit Union Strategy & Performance) magazine for the 4th quarter of 2007. The same firm also ranked W-BEE #40 nationwide for the lowest operating expenses in proportion to average assets in the 3rd quarter of 2007.
