Tioga Area Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial institution operated by and for its members.  You are never just a number!  We received our charter from the government in March 1979, and we welcomed Tioga County Employees Federal Credit Union into our membership on August 1, 1992.  Services include shares (savings), share drafts (checking), Christmas and Vacation Clubs, payroll deduction, direct deposit, ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions, money orders, and loans. We have amusement park tickets for Knoebel’s Grove and Darien Lake, plus discounts to Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, Adventure Island, Water Country USA, Sesame Place, Dorney Park, and Hershey Park.

Savings accounts are insured up to $100,000.00 by the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration).  Through the end of 2009, the insurance coverage will be increased to $250,000.00 per member.
